XTec Incorporated Secures $100+ Million Blanket Purchase Agreement from General Services Administration and Defense Manpower Data Center
Reston, VA – March 12, 2024 – XTec Incorporated, a leading provider of secure identity and access management solutions, is proud to announce that it has been awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) by the General Services Administration (GSA) to supply Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards, smartcard middleware, Smart Card Consumables, and program management services for the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC). The 5-year BPA, valued at over $100 Million, is a testament to XTec’s expertise and commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions to government agencies.
Under the terms of the agreement, XTec will provide The Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) with cardstock, sleeves, middleware, and middleware support to maintain the Department of Defense (DoD) credentialing solutions for the DoD and other Federal agencies that have adopted the DoD credentialing solutions.
